Converting a mid-century eyesore into a neighborhood gem
Mac Development hired Helix to transform an existing 1960s building, which originally housed office space, into a mixed-use development along Kansas City’s historic Armour Boulevard. The renovated building provides 56 apartments on the four upper floors as well as commercial space on the two lower floors. The interior environment incorporates mid-century modern elements that reinforce the character of the exterior architecture.
